Sapele, Delta State – In a decisive victory, Abeke Afure Bright of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has been declared the winner of the Sapele Local Government election. The official announcement was made by the Sapele Local Government Returning Officer, Mr. Tennison Ekpigben.
Abeke Bright secured a total of 35,583 votes, significantly outpacing his closest rival, Ekakiko Judas of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who received 4,870 votes.
