ADC collapses Structure into Labour Party in Cross River, backs Obi
The African Democratic Congress, ADC, in Cross River has endorsed Mr Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, for the 25 February elections.
Mr. Effiong Nyong, the ADC’s gubernatorial candidate, stated over the weekend in Calabar that it is expedient for the party to join forces with the LP in order to elect a president who can provide the country with genuine and purposeful leadership.

The ADC in Cross River State did not decide to join the obidient Movement by chance.
“Peter Obi is running for president, so everyone with a PVC should vote for him on February 25” He stated, adding that Obi’s qualities distinguish him from the other presidential candidates and that he deserves the support of well-meaning Nigerians.
“Whenever a person awakens, it is his morning. The Yorubas have held the position, the Hausa Fulani have had their turn, and the South South have been there; now it is the Igboman’s turn.
You will agree that Peter Obi is the right person to lead this country at this time if you evaluate the intellectual capacity, health status, campaign statements, and truthfulness of all other candidates for the presidency.

It is not too late, according to Nyong, for Nigeria to abandon favoritism in favour of a country where things function.
Unveiling his programme for the state, the ADC candidate stated that he has the capacity to change the state in two years, and if he fails, he should be asked to resign.
