Furthermore, Richard Olatunde, the former CPS to Akeredolu, resigned from his position, citing the untimely death of his principal as the reason for his decision.

Governors from across Nigeria, including Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos and Uba Sani of Kaduna, expressed their condolences over Akeredolu’s passing.
In a related note, Prophet Ifetayo Afinjuomo of the Dominion Faith Church in Ore, Ondo, shared a prophecy on Facebook, predicting that a politician from Ile Oluji/Okeigbo local government area would emerge victorious in the 2024 Ondo state governorship election.
