Mass Resignation Hits APC In Northern Nigeria, As Three Members of Presidential Campaign Council Dump Tinubu Under 78 Hours

All seems not to be well with the APC as defections by key party members continue unabated with the latest being the resignation from the party of a Member, Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), Hassan Adamu Shekarau.

Shekarau resigns from APC

Hon. Hassan Adamu Shekarau has resigned from the Bola Tinubu presidential campaign council.

A statement issued on Monday, January 3rd, 2023, stated that his decision to resign from the party is personal.

Hassan Adamu Shekarau is the third PCC member to resign in 78 hours.

Among those who have resigned from the party in the past 78 hours includes; former Niger State deputy governor, Ambassador Ahmed Musa Ibeto, DG of National Youth mobilization for the All Progressive Congress Presidential Campaign Council, North East Zanna Bukar Ali and Hon. Hassan Adamu Shekarau.
