In an interview with Arise Television on Tuesday morning, Dokubo expressed his concerns, stating, “President Tinubu, as a friend, I should be able to tell him the truth about what’s unfolding in Rivers State, where Tinubu is supporting Nyesom Wike to destabilize and disrupt the peace of Rivers State.”
Dokubo, voicing his disappointment, accused the Minister of influencing judicial outcomes to secure power in Rivers State. “They are trying to remove Fubara, expecting no consequences. I am here to say that if Fubara is removed, there will be consequences,” he emphasized.
The tension between Fubara and his former political mentor, Wike, centers on control of the state’s political landscape, creating a growing rift that has captured national attention.
