APC Calls for the Immediate Arrest and Prosecution of Atiku Abubakar, See Details
The media directorates of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council (APC-PCC) on Monday called for the immediate arrest and interrogation of the presidential candidate of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar for allegedly fleecing the nation’s fund using “Special Purpose Vehicles” (SPVs) between 1999 and 2007.
At a world press conference in Abuja, the call was made by the joint media directories of the campaign council.
Festus Keyamo (SAN), the Chief Spokesperson and Director of Public Affairs talked to reporters and said that Atiku broke the law a lot and should be brought in for possible prosecution.

Keyamo said that the country was shocked about a week ago when a whistleblower, Mr Micheal Achmugu, made some shocking claims against the former Vice President that were backed up by hard evidence.
The directorates told the security agents to take Atiku into custody right away.
The campaign council also told the PDP candidate to apologise to all Nigerians and drop out of the race for president right away.
Special Adviser for Media Communication and Public Affairs Dele Alake, Director of Media Affairs Festus Keyamo (SAN), Director of Media and Publicity Bayo Onanuga, Director of Special Media Projects and New Media Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, and Director of Strategic Communications Alhaji Idris Mohammed all attended the conference.
