In a decisive victory, Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has emerged victorious in all 18 local government areas of the state in the 2024 governorship election.
The incumbent governor, running under the All Progressives Congress (APC), secured a total of 355,781 votes, defeating his closest rival, Agboola Ajayi of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who garnered 117,845 votes.

The results were announced by the Returning Officer of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Akinwumi Olayemi Durotimi, who is the Vice Chancellor of Federal University, Lokoja.
