Peter Obi Sends Message To Obidients in lieu of the court ruling slated for March 8th
Peter Obi, the Labour Party, LP presidential candidate, has urged his supporters not to use the court as a rallying point.
Obi would be physically present at the Appeal Court today for the hearing on the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) application to set aside an earlier order granting Obi and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) permission to inspect the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) machines.

The Labour Party is contesting the results of the 2023 presidential election, which elected Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as president-elect.
The Labour Party candidate advised his supporters to maintain peace and to respect “the sanctity of the court premises” at all times.
“As we seek redress for our stolen mandate, I implore OBIdients to respect the sanctity of the courthouse and to allow our legal team the space and tranquility to perform its duties.

“The Courthouse is not and should not be used as a rallying place. Obi wrote on his verified Twitter account, “I urge the Obidients to conduct their affairs peacefully.”
