Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has officially distanced himself from Daniel Bwala, who previously served as a spokesperson for his campaign during last year’s presidential election.
In a statement released by his media office on Tuesday, Atiku clarified that Bwala’s association with him was solely related to his role as a spokesperson for the presidential campaign from 2022 to early-2023. Atiku underscored that beyond this specific period, Bwala has never held the position of his aide.
