Atiku’s Camp questions Tinubu’s inauguration committee list over non inclusion of an Igbo man

 

The spokesperson of the Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Council, Daniel Bwala has questioned Bola Tinubu’s inauguration committee list over non inclusion of an Igbo man.

 

As the tenure of President Muhammadu Buhari is gradually winding down, the President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has began preparation to take over power from President Buhari by May 29, 2023.

Recall that Tinubu defeated Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party and Peter Obi of the Labour Party to win the February 25 presidential polls.

In his readiness to take over power from President Buhari, Tinubu in a a letter addressed to the Secretary to the Government of Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha yesterday, announced a 13-man presidential inauguration committee to plan his inauguration on May 29, 2023.

 

 

However, the inauguration committee list has been questioned by some personalities who are not supporters of Tinubu.

 

The spokesperson of the Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Council, Daniel Bwala asked on his Twitter handle today, whether there is a man from the Igbo extraction who was enlisted in the inauguration committee list of Tinubu.

Bwala wrote: “May I kindly ask, is there a single Igbo man in Tinubu’s 13 man Inauguration committee? Hmmm okay”

  1. Why should there be an Igbo person in a committee that would inaugurate a person who is coming to continue with the ethno-religious nepotic policies of Muhammadu buhari?
