PDP Campaign Committee: Banky W, Soyinka, Others Get Fresh Appointments
In order to mobilise support for the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, ahead of the general elections in 2023, the Lagos State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has established a 103-member campaign committee.
Jimi Agbaje, Ade Dosunmu, Philip Aivoji, Gomez Adewale, Abimbola Ogunkelu, Dapo Sarumi, Bayo Williams, and Wahab Owokoniran were among those named to the campaign.
Tanwa Olusi, Fatia Shodimu, Wellington Bankole, Tajudeen Obasa, Sola Osolana, Setonji Koshoedo, and Idowu Akinsanya were a few of the people who attended Otgers.

Oluseun Soyinka is in charge of media and publicity, David Vaughan is in charge of field operations, Rahman Owokoniran is in charge of research and strategy, and volunteer groups are under the direction of Soyinka (Taiwo Kuye).
Alaketu Adedoyin is in charge of finance, Captain Olatunji Shelle is in charge of election management, and Religious and Cultural Engagement (Hajiya Safurat Abdul-Kareem).
Others included training, ICT/Situation Room, documentation/reporting (Dr. Adetokunbo Pearse), and (Wole Adewunmi).

Non-Yoruba Speaking-South East (Jude Obiekwe), Non-Yoruba Speaking-South South (Odili Ofili), and Non-Yoruba Speaking-Arewa were all inaugurated as well (Auwal Maude).
Election Management-Ikeja Division (Sunday Olaifa), Election Management-Lagos Division (Tolani Animashaun), and Election Management-Epe Division were additional committees (Taiye Benedict).
Election Management-Ikorodu Division (Niyi Sotomiwa) and Election Management-Badagry Division made up the remaining group (Adio Salami).

The state executive council of the party as well as other party officials from the state served on the committees.
Dr. Abdul-Azeez Adediran (Jandor), the party’s candidate for governor, would be the vice chairman of the council, and Doherty vowed to cooperate with him.
In order to mobilise support for PDP, he also pledged to collaborate with Atolagbe Animashaun, State Director of PCMC, and other trustworthy and knowledgeable leaders.
