Usman Maulud, the APC agent at the collation centre, rejected the election results.
The agent of the PDP, Dr. Aliyu Idi-Hong, who protested the declaration of the election as inconclusive argued that the grounds relied on by the returning officer in making that determination were not valid.
According to him, less than 7,000 registered voters were affected in the areas where elections were cancelled, and the cancellation was solely due to over voting.
Therefore, he lamented that the APC and INEC officials had deliberately colluded to steal the elections in Adamawa at all costs.
