The Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) has stated that it will suspend its two-month strike on Monday.
JUSUN took the decision at its National Executive Council (NEC) meeting which just ended in Abuja.
In a statement in Abuja today, the Minister of Labour and Employment, Senator Chris Ngige decried the situation where the courts and the State Houses of Assembly are still shut down across the federation for no cogent reasons of non-adherence to the provisions of the May 20 Memorandum of Action which has 45 days implementation window.
