PDP, LP vice-presidential candidates, Ifeanyi Okowa, Datti Baba-Ahmed demand cancellation of elections

 

The Labour Party and Peoples Democratic Party vice-presidential candidates, Datti Baba-Ahmed and Ifeanyi Okowa, have asked the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to cancel the general election.

This demand was made by Baba-Ahmed and Okowa during a joint press conference held at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja.

 

“Consequently, the chairman of INEC should cancel the elections. Sadly, he has not come forward to explain why the results were not uploaded. It contains a question mark. “He must be truthful,” said Okowa.
