Tinubu aborts US trip, returns to Nigeria
The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate for the 2023 election, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has returned to Nigeria after cancelling his trip to the United States (US).
Thr former governor of Lagos State arrived in Nigeria early on Saturday morning. At the airport, he was greeted by members of the party as well as other associates.

Remember that Tinubu left Nigeria on December 4 for the United Kingdom (UK), and from there he was scheduled to travel to the United States of America and other European countries.
On December 5th, he gave a talk at the Chatham House during which he discussed his manifesto. In addition to that, he spoke with the Journalists in an interview and met with his political allies.
Why Tinubu aborts US trip, returns to Nigeria
The APC candidate returned stealthily to his home country over the weekend following reports that he was refused a visa to enter the United States, where he had planned to be during the third week of December.

One of the most prominent candidates for the election that will take place in 2023 is Tinubu, who formerly served as the National Leader of the APC.
