APC Cancels Scheduled Second Kano Rally
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has canceled its Kano State campaign rally.

James Faleke, secretary of the campaign council, tweeted on Thursday that the rally scheduled for February 16 has been canceled.
Mr. Faleke provided no explanation for the rally’s cancellation.

The campaign council held a rally at the Sani Abacha Stadium on January 4, but according to the party’s schedule, Kano is supposed to host the party twice.
It is unclear whether the cancellation of the rally is unrelated to the outcry over the Naira shortage.
