The release of the Certified True Copy (CTC) judgment aims to address concerns raised by some that the tribunal’s ruling may have been compromised in favor of President Bola Tinubu, as copies circulating on social media bore watermarks from the Tinubu Presidential Legal Team.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Labour Party (LP) had expressed reservations about the Certified True Copies (CTC) of the judgment displaying the header of the Tinubu Legal Team.

However, Babatunde Ogala (SAN), the coordinator of the Tinubu Presidential Legal Team, issued a statement on Saturday, debunking such insinuations.
