EFCC Seizes Okowa’s Travel Documents

A source within the EFCC disclosed that although Okowa has been granted bail, his travel passport has been seized as a precautionary measure during the ongoing investigation.

“Okowa was released last Wednesday after fulfilling his bail conditions, which included surrendering his travel documents,” the source confirmed. “Given the magnitude of the alleged diversion, it was necessary to prevent any risk of flight while the investigation is ongoing.”
