Peter Obi raises alarm on Evil plans being hatched against him and his supporters
Mr. Peter Obi, the Labour Party, LP presidential candidate in the recently concluded presidential election, has claimed that “evil plots were hatched against him and his supporters.”
Obi asserted that “efforts will be made to tarnish his reputation” and that “in the coming months, campaigns of slander will be perfected to defame his character and diminish his hard-won integrity.”

Obi disclosed on Monday via his verified Twitter account that a portion of the schemes would aim to diminish his support base and confuse the public.
His statement follows the inauguration of President-elect Bola Tinubu today, on Monday.
However, the former governor of Anambra State urged Nigerians to remain peaceful and law-abiding, despite their concerns about the current political climate.

He promised he would never back down from his commitment to work with like-minded Nigerians to end the nation’s curse of missed opportunities and dashed hopes.
“In the coming months, I am aware of some nefarious plots hatched against me and my supporters. There will be efforts to tarnish my reputation. Campaigns of slander are being perfected in an effort to defame my character and diminish my arduously acquired integrity.
These schemes are intended to diminish our support base and confuse the public. A portion of his statement read, “However, no evil campaign will alter the substance of my character or diminish my patriotic commitment to a better Nigeria.”
