The preferred and reserve bidders for the Nigerian airports concession have been chosen and announced by the federal government.
Hadi Sirika, the minister of aviation, made the declaration on Wednesday in Abuja.
Corporacion America Airports Consortium is the preferred bidder for the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA), Abuja; ENL Consortium is the reserve bidder.

There are currently no reserve bidders, and Corporacion America Airports Consortium is the preferred bidder for the Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport (MAKIA) in Kano.
At the closing of the Request for Proposal (RFP) period, the Port Harcourt International Airport (PHIA) had not yet received any proposals.
