Tinubu Best Character To Be President, I Owe Nobody Apology – Nyesom Wike

Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers State, has asserted that Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, possesses the most integrity and bravery to lead Nigeria.

Wike spoke in Port Harcourt, the capital of the state, while receiving Tinubu yesterday, shortly after the APC candidate’s campaign rally in the state.

The governor wished Tinubu success in his bid for the presidency and stated that he owes no one an apology.

Wike also dissuaded Tinubu from contributing to the APC governorship campaign in the State.

He insisted that the APC candidate for governor in the state, Tonye Cole, had no chance against his preferred People’s Democratic Party, PDP, candidate, Siminaliayi Fubura.

“I make no apologies to anyone for stating that no man or woman can intimidate me. You have never switched political parties.

This demonstrates your integrity and bravery, which are qualities we require in our nation.

“But let me advise you not to spend any more money on your candidate for governor here (Rivers),” he advised Tinubu.
