Why Tinubu must provide a list of ministers before July 28

The anticipation for the president’s ministerial list continues to grow, and it is expected that the list will be released no later than July 28. This deadline aligns with the two-month period since President Tinubu assumed office as the leader of Nigeria, as stipulated by a recent law signed by former President Muhammadu Buhari.

In the absence of any restructuring of the current system, it is projected that President Tinubu will present the names of 27 ministers to the Senate for confirmation within the timeframe leading up to July 28.
