Adamawa State Government Increases NYSC Members’ Allowance by N10,000 Monthly
Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State has announced an additional monthly allowance of N10,000 for National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members in the state, set to take effect from January next year.
This decision was revealed during the swearing-in ceremony for the Batch C Stream 2 deployment, which welcomed 1,340 corps members to the state.
Governor Fintiri emphasized that this increase was part of his administration’s efforts to alleviate the impact of fuel subsidy removal on the youths serving in the state.

The donation included 50 bags of rice, 10 bulls, and 10 jerricans of cooking oil to augment the camp’s feeding requirements.
In his address to the corps members, Governor Fintiri congratulated them on their successful graduation, urging them to perceive their deployment and orientation camping as opportunities to discover their talents.
