How to Get Shortlisted for the 3MTT Program – First Phase
Exciting news for all applicants of the 3MTT Program! The management of the Three Million Technical Talent Program has initiated the process of inviting applicants to update their profiles and increase their chances of being among the first 30,000 candidates selected for the initial phase of the recruitment process.
To participate in this next stage, you are required to complete your profile on the 3MTT (Three Million Technical Talent) portal. Here’s how you can make sure you’re in the running:

Profile Update Steps:
- Update Profile: Confirm the course you’d like to study and indicate your experience level. You’ll also be asked to complete a questionnaire. Please note that the information provided during this phase won’t be used for assessment but will help shape the learning pathway that suits you best.
- Verify Email: Make sure to use the email address you provided during the application process to complete your registration. Follow this link: https://app.3mtt.training/register to do so.
- Create Password: After email verification, you’ll be prompted to create a secure password. This password will be your gateway to access the 3MTT portal and its resources.
- Complete Application: Once you’ve signed in and established your password, you’ll need to provide additional details to finalize your application. This includes confirming your chosen course, your experience level, and completing the questionnaire.
Be aware that you must complete your application by 11:59 pm on Sunday, November 12th, 2023, to be eligible for the first phase, which aims to select 30,000 fellows (representing 1% of the 3 Million target). Notifications for the first phase of 30,000 fellows will be sent out by November 15th, 2023.
For those who may not be selected for this initial training phase, don’t worry. Your application will remain in the queue for the next batch, and you’ll still be part of our learning community, where we’ll provide support and additional resources.
