Wike attacks Amaechi for ‘fueling ethnic division’

Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers State, has criticized his predecessor, Rotimi Amaechi, for allegedly telling Igbo residents that if they supported Tonye Cole of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the March 18 governorship election, they would receive “compensation for abandoned property.”

Wike addressed the National Executive Committee of ‘Ohanaeze Ndigbo’ Worldwide on Thursday at the Government House in Port Harcourt.
