- Monitor and follow up on outstanding loan payments via calls
- Keep updated records
- Answer questions and address complaints from Customers.

Job Requirements and Skills
- Qualification – Minimum of OND with certificate.
- AGE – Between 22 and 28 years.
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
