Pre-Admission: An offer/registration at a recognized university, polytechnic, college of education, or vocational school in Nigeria.

Age: Applicant should fall within the age bracket given in the NELFUND guidelines
Guarantor: Good and qualified guarantor who will be held liable in case of loan default by the applicant
