The national oil company explained in a statement issued on Wednesday and signed by its Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Garba Deen Muhammad, that the adjusted pump price reflected “current market realities.”

On Wednesday, kidnappers fatally shot a security guard and another person while abducting two individuals from a farm in Awo village, Orile-Imo, Obafemi-Owode Local Government Area, Ogun State.
