CBN Accuses Banks Of Hoarding N4.5bn Redesigned Notes
Commercial Banks in Prot Harcourt, rivers states that were given N4.5 billion in redesigned notes have been accused of refusing to be dispense the new notes by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
