The Nigerian National Population Commission’s (NPC) Adhoc Staff Recruitment Portal has closed for online applications for the 2023 Population and Housing Census (PHC) on December 28, 2023. The purpose of the census is to collect, document, and determine information about Nigerians.
The good news Now,l is that the National Population Commission (NPC) has released the 2023 NPC Shortlisted facilitators for pre-qualified applicants.
The screening of pre-qualified facilitators’ applicants has commenced since December 28th, 2022.
Applicants for the position of the facilitator should click on their state’s name to download the NPC shortlisted pdf for review.

How to Check the NPC Shortlisted Candidates 2023
NPC Shortlisted candidates names will be out in January 2023. The date on which the shortlisted applicants’ names will be made public online has been set by the National Population Commission.
Please be patient as the shortlist will be posted on the NPC application portal. We’ll now demonstrate how to check your name as soon as the shortlist is released.
These simple steps can be used to see if your name is on the NPC Shortlist:
- Login to NPC portal at recruitment.adhoctrial.nationalpopulation.gov.ng
- At the top navigation, click on Shortlisted Candidates.
- Select Download PDF Shortlist.
- Search for your name on the shortlist.
If you wish to check the shortlist, you should check your email frequently, as the shortlisted candidates will also be notified there. In addition, you will receive information regarding the date and locations of the screenings.
The names of the finalists have not yet been announced, but we will keep you informed. You will need to log in to the NPC website to determine if your name is on the shortlist.
All applicants are strongly encouraged to check the NPC job portal to determine if they have been shortlisted for the examinations.
After NPC shortlist is out what next?
