TEHRAN, Iran — Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi has died in a helicopter crash, state media reported early Monday. The crash occurred Sunday in the northwest of the country near the border with Azerbaijan, as Raisi was returning from the inauguration of a dam on the Aras River.
