‘Be Respectful And Peaceful’ — Peter Obi Tells Obidients Over Attacks On Wole Soyinka

 

Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 election, urged his supporters, known as the Obidients, to be “law-abiding, respectful, and peaceful” on Monday.

 

Obi’s advice follows recent online assaults on Nobel Laureate Professor Wole Soyinka in response to the octogenarian’s criticism of Obi’s running mate Yusuf Datti and the ‘Obidient’ movement.
