Police declare Bauchi Rep wanted, place N1m bounty
Yakubu Shehu, the representative for Bauchi Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has been declared wanted by the Nigeria Police Force.
The police announced a N1 million reward for anyone with information leading to his capture.

The 45-year-old lawmaker is wanted by police for criminal conspiracy, causing grievous bodily harm, disturbing the public peace, and murder.
This information appeared in a Special Police Gazette Bulletin with the reference number CB: 2685/Bsx/VOL.T/4s and the caption “wanted.”
Ahmed Wakil, police public relations officer, shared it with journalists.
“Honourable Yakubu Abdullahi Shehu (Wakilin Birni), ‘m’ 45 years old. Off Danjuma Goje Street, Makama New Extension, Jahun ward, Bauchi Local Government, Bauchi State was the last known address of the suspect.

“The aforementioned individual is declared wanted by the Nigeria Police on CRO Form 5, issued by the Inspector-General of Police.”
“He is wanted for criminal conspiracy, causing grievous bodily harm, inciting disturbance of public peace, and culpable homicide.
“Anyone with information that could aid in his arrest is asked to call 08151849417 or to report to the nearest police station,” the alert stated.
