Gospel Singer Turned Slay Queen Acquires New Toyota Car
Evan Okoro, a popular Nigerian gospel singer-turned-slay queen, has acquired a Toyota.
The actress, whose transformation from gospel singer to slay queen had garnered media attention, took to her page to celebrate her new acquisition.
She noted that the Toyota was all she could afford and that she would not allow social pressures to compel her to purchase something more expensive.
Evan Okoro also urged social media users to emulate her thrifty purchasing practices.

A video she uploaded shows her proudly displaying her newest ash-colored vehicle.
She wrote:

Meanwhile, Godwin Emefiele, the embattled former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), will be questioned alongside others by the Department of State Services (DSS) after his arrest.
In an effort to further investigate Emefiele, the DSS is expected to obtain a court order on Tuesday to keep him in custody for the duration of his interrogation.
A source who spoke with newsmen about the development stated that the DSS would likely petition the court for an indefinite detention order for Emefiele.
Recall that on Friday, President Bola Tinubu suspended Emefiele with immediate effect.
