Port Harcourt Refinery Begins Crude Oil Processing, Reaches 60% Capacity.
The Port Harcourt Refinery in Rivers State has officially resumed crude oil processing, marking a pivotal step in Nigeria’s effort to enhance its local refining capacity.
Olufemi Soneye, the Chief Corporate Communications Officer at the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), confirmed the development, announcing that the refinery will initially operate at 60 percent of its full capacity.
