After two weeks of speculation and anticipation, the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has officially confirmed Wednesday, September 6, as the definitive date for delivering judgment in the three petitions challenging the declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner of the 2023 presidential election.

The Chief Registrar of the Court of Appeal, Umar Mohammed Bangari, provided the confirmation of the judgment date. His court is hosting the Tribunal, and he assured that all necessary preparations have been made to ensure a smooth and trouble-free judgment delivery in the three petitions.
