Catholic Priest Slams RCCG Pastor Adeboye Over ‘God Stopped Naira’ Comment.
Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Kelvin Ugwu, has criticized the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor E.A. Adeboye, over his recent comment claiming that God prevented the naira from crashing to ₦10,000 per dollar.
In response to Adeboye’s statement, Rev. Fr. Kelvin Ugwu shared a video, questioning the logic behind the cleric’s assertion. The priest expressed disbelief.
He wrote ”
“The reason we share this type of video is not out of joy but out of concern. How is it that the same God, who seemingly disapproved of the Jonathan administration, now appears to favor the Tinubu administration? In other words, we are not mocking anyone but highlighting how some people mock God.
