President Bola Tinubu has given his nod to the appointment of Brigadier-General Lawal Jafaru Isa (Rtd) as the Executive Secretary of the National Commission for Almajiri and Out-of-School Children Education.
Additionally, the President has sanctioned the appointment of Alhaji Tijani Hashim Abbas as the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Chieftaincy Matters.

General Lawal Jafaru Isa, a figure of high regard in leadership circles, served as the Military Administrator (MILAD) of Kaduna State from 1993 to 1996. On the other hand, Alhaji Tijani Hashim Abbas holds the esteemed position of Sarkin Sudan Kano.
In a statement released by his spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, on Friday night, President Tinubu expressed confidence that the newly appointed officials would leverage their extensive experience in their respective roles.
