Tinubu suffers another gaffe, asks Lagosians to “go and take your APV”
On Saturday, Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress’s (APC) candidate for president, made a mistake while addressing supporters in Lagos State.
This online newspaper reports that the rally took place at Surulere’s Teslim Balogun Stadium.
Do you love me? Tinubu asked the audience as he solicited votes and urged them to get their Permanent Voters Card (PVC) but made a mistake with the pronunciation of the word PVC.
He said Vote APC, and take your APV with you.
It is the second time in as many days that Tinubu will make a speech error.

The 70-year-old incorrectly claimed on Friday that Ovie Omo-Agege, the candidate for governor of Delta State in the 2023 election, was running for the position of “Niger Delta” State governor.
According to this newspaper, Tinubu’s health and fitness have come under scrutiny, but the former governor of Lagos State has stated that he is in good health and that he is frequently perplexed by the opposition’s insistence that he is ill or that they are doubting his mental capacity.
Prof. Farooq Kperogi, a media scholar, recently claimed that Tinubu’s recent speech mistakes are proof of his deteriorating health.
If the former governor of Lagos State were to win the presidency in 2023, according to Kperogi’s weekly column, Nigeria would suffer.
Since becoming the APC’s candidate in June, Tinubu has been in the spotlight and has made a number of mistakes.
