Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for president, is getting ready to start travelling abroad to meet with world leaders.

Asiwaju Tinubu is scheduled to start his international trip on December 4 to talk about his aspirations with people living abroad.

Asiwaju Tinubu will return from his trip to Nigeria by December 12 in order to continue holding campaign rallies there.

The APC Presidential Campaign Council tweeted a few times about this.

Asiwaju Tinubu and his delegation will visit the US, France, and other European Union members, according to the campaign council, to enlist their support.

“Starting on December 4, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the APC presidential candidate, will travel abroad to meet with world leaders and promote his candidacy.

The APC presidential candidate will visit important western capitals starting on December 4, and he is anticipated to arrive back in Nigeria no later than December 12 to continue holding rallies and engaging with stakeholders.

“Tinubu and his delegation will travel to important European Union member states, including France, the United States, and London, to present his vision and plans and to enlist the support of the western powers for the democratic process that will usher in a new administration in Nigeria beginning on May 29, 2023.

The campaign council stated that Western leaders play a significant role in African elections and predicted that Asiwaju Tinubu would take advantage of his trip to promote his agenda to them.

“Asiwaju Bola will travel abroad to meet influential people from around the world. Given that Nigeria has the largest economy on the continent and is the largest black nation on earth, Western powers continue to have a significant influence over elections in Africa.

Asiwaju will take advantage of this visit to promote his plans for national development and ask Western leaders for support for our transition programme, according to the tweet.

Additionally, the campaign council emphasised that the APC presidential candidate “hopes to succeed the APC-led administration of President,  Muhammadu Buhari”.

Campaign sources claim that while in London, Tinubu will speak on Monday, December 5, 2022, at the prestigious Chatham House Foreign and Policy Think-tank in the United Kingdom. He will discuss security, the economy, and foreign policy.
