Worlds popular micro blogging website, Twitter is currently down as at 1:00 am west Africa Tim (WAT) . 

Also the most famous broadcast station in British, the BBC is also down 

A check at the Kyiv Independent, a native Newspaper that keep the world informed about the latest development in Putin war in Ukraine is unreachable. 

In Nigeria, some top ranking news websites including, Ejes Gist News.ng, legit.ng, naijanews.com, nairametrics.com and other sites are currently down as at the time of filing this report. 

Ejesgist.ng cannot independently verify why those prominent websites are down. 

However, a check on them keeps displaying.

It looks like the webpage at https:,,www.legit.ng, might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
