Unknown Gunmen Kidnap Another Traditional Ruler In Plateau
Ejes Gist News Nigeria can authoritatively report that His Royal Highness Sunday Dajep of the Chip community in Plateau State, has been abducted by unknown gunmen.
Sunday Dajep, the abducted monarch, is the district head of the Chip community, which is inhabited by the Mhiship ethnic group in the state’s Pankshin Local Government Area.

The district chief was reportedly kidnapped around 11 p.m. on Wednesday, when gunmen forced their way into his palace in the Chip community along the Mangu-Shendam road.
The Plateau State Police Command’s Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Alfred Alabo, stated that the command was aware of the abduction.
“Men of the command have been on the trail of the gunmen,” said Alubo. The moment we received the distress call, we began a manhunt for the gunmen.
In other news, peoples gazette, an online newspaper has stated that it would stand by the leaked audio it in it’s publication.
This comes on the heels of the labour party presidential candidate, Peter Obi’s statement where he debunked the audio saying the conversation with the winners Church General overseer, Bishop Oyedepo was doctored.
He however stated that he would seek legal redress against the online newspaper, peoples gazette.
